Kelly Daley, PhD, is an Associate Vice President in our Large Surveys Practice with 20+ years of expertise in qualitative and survey methodology for public policy research design, reporting, and dissemination. She specializes in instituting operational, technical, and personnel changes to improve quality and efficiency of data collection services, increasing capacity to incorporate innovative and multimode data collection approaches.
Daley is currently working on the Program for the International Assessment of Adult Competencies, a complex household study that measures basic literacy, numeracy, and problem-solving skills among adults. She has served as principal investigator or project director on studies for a wide variety of clients, including the U.S. Department of Labor, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, Feeding America, and the National Academy of Sciences.
